Terms and conditions of the loyal customer programme:
The taxi driver will give you a coupon with a sticker upon your first ride with Tallink Taxi. Thereafter, ask for an additional sticker from your taxi driver after each ride.
Stick the stickers on the coupon.
We will not issue any stickers later, based on your taxi receipts.
Several persons can collect stickers on a single coupon, and one person can complete several coupons with the stickers.
Based on the number of stickers collected, you can choose one FREE sea trip:
- 10 stickers will entitle you to a
Tallinn-Helsinki-Tallinn cruise for one person.
- 20 stickers will entitle you to a
Tallinn-Stockholm-Tallinn cruise for two people.
Please take the coupon, complete with stickers, to Tallink’s ticket desk to collect your free trip. Depending on the number of stickers, you will receive a gift certificate that is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Gift cards
The personal gift card is valid for travelling for its owner (on Tallinn-Helsinki route) and for one companion (on Tallinn - Stockholm route). The gift certificate can be used for green and yellow departures on Tallinn-Stockholm route, indicated on the colour chart (see the price list on Tallink’s website at www.tallink.ee) and on Tallinn-Helsinki route the personal gift card is valid for travelling for its owner from Tuesday to Thursday and Saturday (As of 11 August 2010, the terms & conditions of gift certificates for Finnish routes have changed. The gift certificates that have been issued for green and yellow departures and for departures in the first two price categories are valid for trips on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday). Passenger and service fee has to be paid. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used for paying onboard. Please acquaint youselft with AS Tallink Grupp travel terms and time schedules at www.tallink.ee. For additional fee it is possible to upgrade cabin category.
Tallink Taxi reserves the right to change the programme terms and conditions in the event of emergency circumstances.
Coupons with forged, cancelled or stolen stickers will not be accepted.
